At RGameConsole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gaming experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all hardware and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included cables and controllers to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RGameConsole account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Console

  Securely place the console and all original accessories into the original box, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the console's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
